The BDR program, as well as standard and premium service programs, includes the full data recovery service, including replacement of internal parts such as motor, head, pre-amp, reprogramming of the controller, doing head-by-head reads, working around scratched surfaces on platters, and other modes of hard drive failure.
All of our hard drive recovery programs, including the BDR program, are no-data, no-charge programs. If no data can be recovered, your drive(s) is(are) shipped back to you via a priority courier free of charge, and if any payment had been made for the recovery, it is refunded within 5 business days, provided it has fully cleared at the bank.
Payment DOES NOT have to accompany the drive - we can collect it after completing a successful recovery. However, if advance payment is made, this drive will be done before drives that did not come with payment.
